Indigo Textile is considered as one of the oldest and largest weaving and spinning companies in Syria. The company was established in Aleppo, Syria in 1960. The name Indigo was introduced in 1997.

The name "Indigo" indicates the final product of the company. These are: Denim, Cotton Corduroy, Twills and Stretch Blended Fabrics which all coincide with the latest trends of the fashion.

The company is constantly developing its staff and employees particularly in the managerial and quality control sectors. This is ensured with the special training programs and also in the continuous participation in all relevant national and international courses.

Indigo Textile has 4 main departments:

SPINNING - WEAVING - DYEING - FINISHING

SPINNING:

A complete new line from Reiter of Switzerland was installed in 2003. This guarantees the production of international quality standard of cotton and sub cotton yarns. Our added value lies in the use of the well known virgin cotton of Syria.

WEAVING:

The city of Aleppo is very famous for its weaving industry. Indigo Textile is proud to say that it has constantly contributed to the development of this industry in Syria. New machines from Dornier of Germany and Picanol of Belgium replaced the old ones at our establishment. Our weaving is considered to be one of the best in the world.

DYEING:

This sector is fully equipped with the most recent dyeing machines from Kuster, Suker – muller and Bebicock. It is also equipped with the latest fabric processing lines to ensure the perfect quality before and after dyeing. All kinds of dyeing can be processed in this sector.

FINISHING:

Our finishing line was recently obtained from Tepa of Spain . The treating, checking and packaging machines are all from famous Italian manufacturers.
